Illuminate Adelaide is presented by the Illuminate Adelaide Foundation Ltd, a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee through a principal partnership with the South Australian Government through Events SA and the South Australian Tourism Commission.

Donations made to the Foundation are tax deductible. Donations will be used to commission artists and to present an annual program of free events and activities for broad and inclusive audiences.
